Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Nigeria Music Community account. While Nigeria Music Community prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Nigeria Music Community cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Nigeria Music Community service at your own risk.

General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Nigeria Music Community service for any reason, without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an appropriate method. What is a 'material change' is at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

• Advertising goods or services is allowed on the Nigeria Music Community site with exception of the conditions listed below.
  
• Asking any member for monetary reimbursement for any information, is forbidden.
• User profiles, video projects andblogs, and group profiles may contain a link to a site offering consultation services ONLY in the appropriate section, which is marked with the label "homepage," "website," or "URL."
  
• Users failing to adhere to these terms will be banned and the offending content deleted at our discretion, with or without notification.
