AI-Assisted Creation Disclosure

NMC music is created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools as part of our production process. Naira Music Limited is the author and copyright owner of all resulting works. AI-assisted creation does not transfer, waive or diminish any copyright or neighbouring rights held by Naira Music Limited, and does not permit any third party to reproduce, redistribute or use the works without a licence.

No Reproduction Without Permission

No part of any NMC work — including but not limited to audio recordings, lyrics, cover art, music videos, promotional materials and website content — may be reproduced, distributed, publicly performed, broadcast, adapted, sampled, remixed, interpolated or otherwise used without prior written permission from Naira Music Limited.

This prohibition applies to all formats and media, including digital streaming redistribution, social media, broadcast, film, television, advertising, podcasts, games and any form of AI training dataset use.

Sync Licensing

Use of NMC music in any audiovisual work — including films, TV programmes, advertisements, online videos, games and multimedia installations — requires a sync licence issued by Naira Music Limited. A separate master use licence may also be required.

To apply for a sync licence, submit your request to info@nairamusic.com with the following information:

The specific track(s) you wish to licence.
The nature of the project and how the music will be used.
The territory and duration of use.
Whether the licence is required exclusively or non-exclusively.
Anticipated distribution platform(s) and audience reach.

Content ID and Enforcement

NMC music is registered with content identification systems on major platforms including YouTube. Unlicensed use will be subject to automated claims and, where appropriate, legal enforcement. Naira Music Limited actively monitors and protects its catalogue.

Fair Dealing / Fair Use

Limited use of NMC material may be permissible under fair dealing (UK) or fair use (US) provisions for purposes such as criticism, review or news reporting, provided the source is clearly attributed. Attribution must include the track name, artist name and “Naira Music Limited”. If you are unsure whether your intended use qualifies, contact us before publishing.
