These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Naira Music Cartel website at nairamusic.com (“Site”), operated by Naira Music Limited (“we”, “us”, “NMC”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless you hold a separate written agreement with Naira Music Limited. You must not: use the Site in any unlawful way; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure; scrape, crawl or harvest content automatically without written permission; or use NMC trademarks without authorisation.
2. No Free Downloads
NMC music is not available as a free download. All music is offered exclusively via authorised streaming platforms. Any download of NMC music without an express licence from Naira Music Limited constitutes copyright infringement.
3. Trademarks
“NMC” and “Naira Music Cartel” are registered trademarks of Naira Music Limited. You may not use these marks — or any confusingly similar mark — in any commercial or public context without prior written permission. Unauthorised use will be subject to enforcement action.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Purchases
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Purchases are subject to availability.
6. Refund Policy
Digital downloads and digital licences are non-refundable once delivery has been confirmed, except where required by applicable consumer law. Physical merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition — contact info@nairamusic.com to initiate a return. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including music, lyrics, artwork, branding, text and code — is the property of Naira Music Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed or adapted without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and linking does not imply endorsement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naira Music Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
